Jonathan Kegler is a son, husband, father, coach and inaugural Principal of the Impact Leadership Academy, an All Boys School in Aldine ISD in Houston, Texas.

Jonathan, more affectionately known as Coach K, is a transformational leader who has created the blueprint for how to lead a successful A-Rated All Boys Campus.

By the end of its second year, the campus has been rated the #1 Social and Emotional School in the City of Houston by Good Reason Houston,  is ranked #7 in the USA for Chess, back-to-back ST Math Champions in the district and were featured on the front page of Houston's newly rated Ivy League, Rice University's Newspaper, The Village News.

Principal Kegler has become known, widely, as the Turnaround King due to his unquestionable leadership of 3 low-performing schools across East and Southern Texas turning each of them around. He brought the same ideals and principles to Impact and the results have spoken. After the latest STAAR projections were released projecting Impact as an A campus for the second year in a row, Principal Kegler's prowess for excellence can no longer be ignored or denied. His achievements speak for themselves. Due to this prowess, Aldine ISD has selected him to now lead Teague Middle School, a chronically low-performing campus.

Jonathan's undying loyalty to educating young black and brown youth has emboldened him to challenge the status quo and expose his students and teachers to opportunities and possibilities they may have never before thought of and by any means necessary. Hence, the Ultimate Disruptor. He has ingeniously created a set of No Box Thinking principles to empower and motivate others to reach their maximum potential.
